AD Simulations Updates CRJ-700 to v1.0.1

December 20, 2021

The development team over at AD Simulations have just shipped out a minor update for its CRJ-700 aircraft for X-Plane 11. This update brings a host of bug fixes and quality of life updates to the newly developed aircraft.

Following the aircraft’s release in late November, the team at AD Simulations has remained tight-lipped in regards to updates for its CRJ-700 Regional Jet. There were talks of next major updates in the future but nothing in regards to more minor or quality of life changes to be made to the aircraft

This update fixes a variety of features such as the flight director lagging, APU shutting down on take-off, landing, and taxiing. Various aircraft objects have also been adjusted to make the aircraft more realistic and visually appealing for the user. Some of these adjustments include corrections to: the yoke travel; the flight model near stall speeds; and throttle settings for better taxiing without any excess power. Other quality of life additions also include animated messages on the ECAS and elsewhere in the flight deck.

You can check out the full changelog for the update on the X-Plane.Org Forums.

If you are interested in purchasing the CRJ-700 from AD Simulations, you can find the product page on the X-Plane.Org Store, where it sells for $49.95 (excluding any applicable VAT).
