AKD Studios has finally released GLF650 for X-Plane 11 and 12, a business jet based on Gulfstream G650. After nearly a year of development, this business jet marks the release of the second product from AKD Studios, after they released GLF550 in late 2022.

The GLF650 is a long-range business jet that can carry 11-18 passengers over 7,000nmi (13,000km). Equipped with two Rolls-Royce BR725 turbofan engines, it can cruise with speeds between Mach 0.85 and 0.90 (903–956 km/h), depending on the flight duration. Currently, more than 560 G650s are flying in real life, most of them being used by corporations and billionaires.

AKD’s rendition of Gulfstream G650 features custom aircraft systems such as pressurization, air conditioning, electrical, hydraulic, Flight Control System, Ice and rain protection, fuel system and more, custom HUD, custom FMC featuring ACARS and SimBrief integration, custom MFD, EFB with load manager, performance calculator, Avitab and SimBrief integration, as well as detailed 3D cockpit, 4K PBR textures, custom FMOD, and an animated passenger cabin with functional lavatory, doors and hatches.
