AOA Simulations Announces F-35B Overhaul & New T-7A Progress
Six years ago AOA Simulations released an F-35B,a fighter jet built by Lockheed Martin, for X-Plane 9.70. As promised some time ago, AOA is now bringing the F-35B up to modern standards, with a remake for X-Plane 11.
Promising a “very challenging flying experience”, the F-35B’s overhaul will also see a brand new 3D cockpit, improved PBR effects, a better weapons system and a vastly improved flight model.

The developer also promised that this update will be free to all current users of the aircraft. It was last updated in 2016.
In a separate post made only an hour later on the AOA Simulations page, the developer showed several new screenshots of progress on the T-7A version 1.1 update. There’s no changelog as yet.

We currently do not have a release date or news on whether the F-35B will retain its current price tag, but signs point to a launch soon.
Here you can find the source post about the F-35B and here about the T-7A Red Hawk on AOA Simulations’ Facebook page.
