Aerosoft Updates East Frisian Islands

Announced on their website, Aerosoft has updated its “Airfield East Frisian Islands” scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator to version 1.2.0.0

The East Frisian Islands are a chain of islands positioned in the North Sea, off the East coast of Germany. All islands and their accompanying airfields have been included in this scenery, along with colour corrected ortho and “striking landmarks.”

The update from Aerosoft doesn’t bring any new features to the island; however, it includes multiple fixes to enhance the scenery’s experience. You can view the changelog below.

Changelog:

  • Wangerooge: Fixed hovering terminal
  • Wangerooge: Changed runway designators to 09/27
  • Wangerooge: Added startup position for runway 09
  • Wangerooge: Fixed texture issue on lighthouse object
  • Juist: Changed runway designators to 07/25
  • Borkum: Changed surface to grass for runway 12"

The East Frisian Islands are available for purchase from the Aerosoft Store for $24.99.
