Drzewiecki Design Releases Washington National Airport for MSFS

Renowned multi-sim developer, Drzewiecki Design has taken to their Facebook page to announce the release of Washington National Airport (KDCA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Located next to the border of Washington, D.C. KDCA is an incredibly busy airport for domestic flights. The airport regularly sees routes from carriers such as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Jetblue Airways, and many more. It saw 23.945 million passengers pass through its doors in 2019.

An incredibly detailed interior of the airport was also included, with the developer stating “this time we dedicated some extra effort to making interior modelling as cool as we could, using many MSFS-native techniques while maintaining perfect performance.”

Multiple custom features are included with this airport to bring it to life, such as “animated trains, custom animated jetways, and static/moving people” The airport is also fully compatible with “Washington Landmarks MSFS.” You can view the full feature list below.

KDCA for MSFS can be purchased via multiple stores and is priced at EUR 16 on simMarket, AUD 24 via Orbx direct and USD 18 on the FlightSim store.
