Digital Design Release Salzburg Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator
Developer Digital Design announced early yesterday morning that Salzburg Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator has been released. The scenery is Digital Design’s first airport for the simulator, and it covers Salzburg airport and the most famous landmarks in the city of Salzburg in detail.
The scenery is currently available for purchase on Orbx Central and Simmarket, though it will later be released on the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace and Contrail.
According to the developer, the scenery entails a highly “detailed recreation of the airport, surroundings and the historical part of the city will allow you to feel the whole atmosphere of this beautiful place”.

- Detailed surroundings including the historic city centre
- Accurate taxiways, runways and aprons all accompanied with custom PBR textures
- High resolution PBR materials on objects
