FlightFactor Issues Status on Upcoming A350 Update
The final update to the A350 V1 by FlightFactor and ToLiss has been said to be progressing slower than anticipated.
Through a post to FlightFactor's Twitter account, the developer said:
"Both FF and ToLiss are working on the promised update. The work is progressing, but slower than we had hoped for. 11.50 updates and the global situation... The [goal] is to have it out for private beta next week, and then public after 1 or 2 iterations."
Two images of the Multi-Function Display were attached, showing the hold and flight pan functions of Flight Management System (FMS) 1.
It is, therefore, reasonable to interpret that their existing target of the end of April will not be met.
In other news from the popular aircraft developer, a new X-Updater client is in the latter stages of development, as a post from the 18th of April shows.
Little has been spoken of regarding a new X-Updater client: it appears as though it will encompass all products compatible with the updater into one place, rather than have separate updater clients on a per-aircraft basis.
