Just Flight Announces Fokker F28 Fellowship For Microsoft Flight Simulator
Multi-sim developer Just Flight has confirmed their Fokker F28 Fellowship series for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the first batch of previews has been released early this morning.
The Fokker F28 Fellowship was a popular Dutch regional airliner produced between 1969-1987, The F28 was known as a large success for the Dutch company, operating for over 80 Civilian operators and 18 Government/Military operators - the Fokker 28 was a base for the more popular Fokker 70 and 100 variants which are larger variants which have significantly longer range.
Not much information was released alongside the batch of previews, but in typical Just Flight manner; the visual work is nothing short of spectacular. Looks like another exciting product to anticipate in the near future! The Fokker series would become the second major complete regional jet aircraft simulation after Aerosoft's much lauded CRJ product release.
Pulled from the Developer statement is:
Development work is now well underway on the F28 Fokker Fellowship and we're glad to be able to showcase this first set of screenshots for you. These are WIP of course but nice to see this new regional jet inside the sim.
And More shots are coming soon. The official post from Just Flight can be found here.
