Imminent: FSEnhancer to be released on Friday
Just when you think X-Plane 11 couldn't get any more beautiful, Enrico Del Bono, the developer behind the popular shader injection and enviroment add-on FSEnhancer, has unwrapped the release date for the next interation. FSE v0.5 will be a major update, with the introduction of new varied-resolution cloud texture options, sky rendering and new runway texturing. Alongside three new shading features too: TrueHaze, TrueWaves, and TrueShade.

Mr.Bono has announced that the new version will be available for all on friday, or the 15th of June. The update post was published about half an ago ago at the time of this entry's publication on the Facebook Page. The changelog is as follows:
- TrueHaze- Better atmosphere scattering simulation- New set of 4k, 1k and 0.5k clouds textures- Improved clouds optimization and performance- Improved clouds drawing system for more variety- New set of photoreal sky textures (based on real photographic data)
- TrueWaves- Realistic water rendition- Different water reflection areas
- TrueShade - hd cockpit shadows- hd environment shadows- Enhanced ovreall shadow draw distance
- 4K Runway textures- photoreal asphalt runway textures- photoreal runway skids texture
Overall, this is a definitely must-have if you intend ot beautiful your simulator without paying up for plugins like SkyMaxx Pro, Maxx-FX or xEnviro.

Some Shader Injection is visible, such as the Bokeh and reflective runway in the last two images. FSEnhancer is also a set of shaders for ReShade.
