Announced by press release this morning, it has been revealed that advanced tickets to the third annual FlightSimExpo will cost just $50, granting access to the Las Vegas venue over weekend from June 13-14th 2020. The organisers suggest customers act quickly to make the most of the discount, as only a limited quantity of registrations are available at this time. Prices will increase to $80 after the first 200 tickets are sold.

Registering now includes two-day access to the event, as well as entrance to all seminars running at the event, refreshments on both days, a special conference bag, a half year EAA membership and access to a social event on the Saturday night which includes food and drink. Lastly, an addon is available giving access to "Captain's Corner", the seminar series which returns for its second year at the event on Friday the 12th.

FlightSimExpo's Tom Guerrette gives a quick introduction to the event for those unaware:

"The conference is open to the public; all ages and experience levels are welcome. It features a tradeshow floor with hardware and software developers from around the world and seminar rooms with how-to information and tips from experts. Many attendees will be experiencing flight simulation for the first time; others have years of experience. Normally, about half of the attendees are also certificated pilots.

"This is the third annual FlightSimExpo. After launching in Las Vegas in 2018, the conference welcomed almost 1,650 attendees to Orlando last summer. The conference’s host hotel, Tropicana Las Vegas – a DoubleTree by Hilton, is centrally located on the Strip and offers an award-winning pool, spa, fitness center, and much more."

The FlightSimExpo team have organised discounts with three North American airlines: Delta, Southwest and WestJet. These and other special rates on activities around the Expo's area can be found on the event website.

Exhibitors and speakers will be announced in a rolling schedule from early 2020. Once again, Threshold will have a contingent at the event, covering the latest news live from the floor.
