In a post on Facebook, new X-Plane developer JustAsia has announced that their rendition of Kota Kinabalu Airport (WBKK) in Malaysia is close to release. The airport continues adding to their growing catalog focusing on smaller regional airports around the Southeast Asian region.

JustAsia is in the process of finalizing a collaboration with MFSG To bring OBBI Bahrain International to X-Plane which we covered on October 2nd. ‍

They previewed a single image showing the airport up close and in great detail:

The airport features HDR night-lighting, SAM integration, and over 200 hand placed custom made objects to breathe life into the airport. They go on to state that it will have static aircraft, as well as World Traffic 3 integration and other not-yet-announced features.

The developers have stated they hope to have the airport out on the 10th of October if all goes well. It will be sold on the X-Plane.org Store.
