Two of a Kind

The team over at JustFlight have been working hard on X-Plane products lately and are previewing their newest creation, the Hawk T1/A on Facebook earlier today.

The T1/A Advanced Trainer is a British-made single engine trainer aircraft with a two-man cockpit. After its conception in 1974, it has been used as a training aircraft in the RAF for almost 40 years. Many other countries also use the T1/A, namely India, Saudi Arabia and Finland. Most notably, the RAF Red Arrows have used this aircraft in their displays since 1979.

The T1/A from JustFlight and Thranda Design will have fully realistic and functional weapons, including guided missiles, rockets and a 30mm ADEN cannon. The Hawk T1/A also features a smoke pod for Red Arrow-esce aerobatic displays. Also included in the package are custom FMOD sounds, PBR textures, and realistic flight dynamics based off of input from real-world Hawk T1 pilots.
