Threshold’s designated development team LevelUp has shared the much awaited previews of the cockpit for their 737NG series. The screenshots reveal the 737-700 and 737-900 cockpits and cabins in detail, which were retextured in full PBR.

“The entire flight deck textures have been redeveloped through Substance, with full PBR authoring throughout.” states the lead developer, Peter Tram. They have also added “some new, much requested additions such as the new PiP fuel switches (Which became standard on the MAX series), and the different AC panel for the -600 and -700.”

The LevelUp team have restructured the Ultimate 737 series, completely reimagining it and adding two extra aircraft. The line will include the 737-600, 737-700, 737-800, 737-900 and the 737-900ER; BBJ and cargo variants will be available in a post release update.

As well as the cockpit, the developers have also improved the cabin of the aircraft, giving it the “same treatment [as the cockpit], economy and business class seats have also been reworked to use less polygons and introduce a more modern design”.
