TerraMAXX, a much-awaited ground texture enhancement tool has been previewed by MAXX-XP on their Facebook page today.

The main draw-card of TerraMAXX is the ability to have seasonal ground textures. All four seasons are covered, and will be interchangeable depending on time of year. This is a first for X-Plane, to feel like you are actually flying in a "Winter Wonderland" (as the song goes). These latest screenshots show a mountain range covered in snow and ice.

MAXX-XP have posted numerous screenshots over the last few days, a selection of which you can see below.

MAXX-XP's TerraMAXX is will be compatible with UrbanMAXX V2 and the rumoured UrbanMAXX V3 on release. You can find out more about UrbanMAXX V3 here.
