Microsoft Flight Simulator Hotfix 1.11.7.0 Released
December 9, 2020
Almost a week after their previous development update, the team at Asobo have noticed a critical issue in the simulator which affected 3rd party aircraft and have thus released a new hotfix for Microsoft Flight Simulator bringing the simulator to version 1.11.7.0
As is expected with a hotfix, not much was changed, except for a critical issue that caused crashes when interacting with the cockpits of 3rd party aircraft.
Here’s the one line changelog:
- Fixed crashes affecting 3rd party aircraft cockpit interactions
The development team provided a statement at the end of the post, stating “ Some packages in your community folder may not have been updated and, as a result, may have an unexpected impact on the title’s performance and behaviour. Please move your community package(s) to another folder before relaunching the title if you suffer from stability issues or long loading times.”
No further information was provided about the hotfix, nor what specifically has been fixed, however, you can view the original post on their website.
