Navigraph has launched their annual survey for 2021, aiming to gain the latest picture of community trends and habits. The annual survey run by the nav data and charts provider is run in partnership with many media outlets (including Threshold) and developers to gauge a picture of the flight sim market. Partners are invited to submit questions for the community survey which allows them to gain a deeper understanding of their possible target markets.

After questions are finalised, the survey is launched to the public during the collection period, where the community does their part in submitting their response. Finally, after the collection period ends on December 6th, Navigraph will collate all the results. These results are made available to all and are free to use and view by anyone in the community. Results for this year’s survey are expected any time after the 17th of December.

Navigraph has reiterated the importance of the survey to many in the community, especially developers who can use it as a guide as to what areas future projects would be most successful in.
“The FlightSim Community Survey is the largest of its kind and aims to gauge the prevailing flight simulation trends and users’ requests for future development. The answers you provide in this survey will directly help guide future projects and development in the flightsim community.”

The company also stated that all who are involved within the community are welcome to participate, regardless of their level of experience. With Microsoft Flight Simulator now out on Xbox, Navigraph welcomes new participants and community members.

Navigraph invites you to participate in the 2021 Community Survey, submit your response here.

Responses close on the 6th of December.
