Orbx Announce Elstree Aerodrome (EGTR)
Following on from Orbx's release of Stapleford, their next airport for X-Plane 11 has been announced: Elstree Aerodrome. With ground texture resolutions as detailed as 1cm/pixel and a fully modelled airport, Elstree will not disappoint those who have an eye for detail.
The airport started life as a landing strip in the 1930s, before being used as a repair base during World War II. Nowadays, the aerodrome is one of the most popular for GA movements in the United Kingdom.

The airport will be available for purchase for AUD $24.95 (approx. GBP £13.97 / €15.59 / US $17.78) and existing customers of the FSX/P3D version get 40% off. As with all Orbx airports in the United Kingdom, the use of TrueEarth South is recommended, although not compulsory.
The original announcement can be found here, with the first batch of additional screenshots here.
