The Positive Control Network - POSCON - has opened the first wave of its invite-only beta program for users to test various features of the "next-generation" of online flying.

Announced with a brief message on the group's Discord server, Andrew Heath said that the first round of email invitations had been sent out.

While there aren't going to be any more additions to this first wave, if you would like to be involved in future waves, it is suggested you sign up over on the POSCON website. Heath reiterates it is vital that you enter your birthday in the form otherwise you will not be eligible. The minimum age limit is 16 years old. Those who are 13-15 must have parental consent to join the program.

Interestingly, the team also say that having a "linked" Discord account on the website will 'significantly' increase your chances of being selected in the program.

Although a short update, it shows that progress is still occuring behind the scenes at POSCON. For further information on their roadmap going in to 2020, check out a previous article where break down the forthcoming beta runs, which will culminate in a final release date of around Q4 2020.
