REX Simulations has today announced via a livestream the development of X-Force for X-Plane.

Little information was provided regarding the announcement, but this presentation slide was shown:

The developer will be working "over the next year or two" on the above three elements of the product - atmosphere, airports and scenery.

They also made it very clear that they "cannot take everything that's in Sky Force and put it into X-Plane."

We can expect to hear more news in 6-8 months, or possibly sooner.
