SamScene has taken to their Facebook page and Youtube channel to announce the release of their latest addition to Microsoft Flight Simulator, Tibet Lhasa Gonggar Airport.

Lhasa Gonggar Airport (ZULS) is situated 11,800 feet above sea level high up in the Tibet Autonomous Region in southwestern China. Lhasa Gonggar Airport is one of the highest airports in the world. Recently the airport unveiled its brand new third terminal in 2023, offering modern amenities and an enhanced travel experience for visitors. 

Lhasa Gonggar Airport is very well connected to other major cities in China, notably, Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Xian, Xining, Kunming, Diqing, and the Chamdo Region.

The airport features two runways, 09L and 27R. Runway 09L, although a non-ILS (Instrument Landing System) runway, provides a visually striking approach for pilots. On the other, hand Runway 27R offers the convenience of ILS navigation to allow a more convenient approach.
