Following on from their original teaser last week, Thranda Design has released an update to their DHC-2 Beaver containing a plethora of highly anticipated new additions and fixes to the aircraft.

The developer has provided an extensive feature list for this update, highlighting the numerous amount of changes and the work that has gone into the making of version 1.1 for the Beaver. The DHC-2 Beaver is an iconic aircraft, largely in part due to Its amphibious capabilities. The developers over at Thranda Design have included this feature with this update, with the addition of floats.

There are also many more additions to the aircraft than just the floats, which include the ability to skim the water with tundra tires, custom smoke on startup procedure, and much more. You can view the full changelog below.

• Added floats and amphibious floats (including dynamic livery for floats/amphibs)
• Added custom smoke to startup procedure

• Added OAT gauge (above pilot's head)
• Fix Aspen EFD 1000 speed tape colour ranges

• Adjusted flyby sounds when in close range
• Added visual feedback to "Load" and "Save" buttons on the Weight and Balance pop-up
