Imminent: ToliSS319
Following the pivotal release of the FlightFactor A320, its smaller sibling, the A319 is simulated by ToliSS, and will be released tomorrow.
ToliSS is a new identity for GlidingKiwi and co., the developer(s) behind the QPAC A320, and the arms behind the development of the FlightFactor A350 systems, which while has been a lengthy development process, the developer confirmed that development is still active; supporting new features to bring the a350 to Pro status.
As stated by GlidingKiwi of ToliSS, the projected release date is at the end of February, and it seems that the plan is going along well. The Release Version has been sent to Beta Testers a day ago for the final testing before submission to Nicolas at the .org store. The release date, if there are no setbacks or errors, will be the 28th of February, this Wednesday, the end of this month. For users basing on the other side of the world, you may expect the release on the first of March.
The ToliSS319 largely shares the same 3d model that was developed for the FlightFactor A320. Owing large to this, current FFA320 users could feel accustomed to the visuals of the A319. One feature that sets both apart, is that the A319 visual model has been actively improved upon during the beta testing run, with many modelling flaws such as the smaller nosecone, and the IAE engines has been fixed or refined.
One thing is for sure, ToliSS will support the wider repainting community with a provided public PaintKit instead of selling livery packages. Something FlightFactor needs to rethink about instead of suggesting users to customise on the plain white textures, especially the quality and presentation of the paid packages.
Pricing is $69.99, and will be available on the .org store.
