New evidence supports the claim that the Just Flight VC10 for XPlane has been cancelled.

In May 2020, Just Flight announced their intentions to port their VC10 from the ESP platform into X-Plane. This was followed by previews uploaded to their Facebook Page:

Despite promising images of the team’s progress, a long radio silence ensued, until XPlane users started to express their concerns online.

On February 4th 2022, a user of the XPlane.Org Forums posted an email claimed to have been sent to them by Just Flight’s customer service in response to a query as to the whereabouts of the VC10. The email cites that the main reason for the cancellation of the project was the team’s inability to assure the quality of the product.

This claim is corroborated by the fact that clicking the link to the progress blog on Just Flight’s website yields a ‘Page not found’ error.

Whilst Just Flight have not yet formally made a public announcement, the evidence points toward the VC-10 port for X-Plane no longer being in development.
