VerticalSim Releases Tampa Intl. Airport
After more than two years in development, VerticalSim has finally completed its development of Tampa International Airport.
A complete redevelopment form the previous freeware airport, the rendition brings Tampa Airport up to date, taking into account of any major changes and expansions in 2020. Textures are high res with photorealism, sourced from high-res cameras. Hand Place autogen populates across the surrounding perimeter of the airport, perfectly landscaped with PBR ground textures, with AO baked groundwork for added depth, plus thousands of hand placed custom vegetation. The airport features custom terrain mesh for modelled underpasses. Expanding the coverage, an optional freeware downtown rendition of Tampa is included. Animated cars and ground service vehicles crawls across to bring life into your experience. Apart from adopting current community standards such as SAM support, the airport is designed to be compatible with VStates Florida, and Orbx TrueEarth Florida.
